ARRS GP Vacancy in Southend
GP-Connect is looking for a GP to join a PCN in Southend through a fixed-term ARRS-funded placement.
The role will begin ASAP and run until 31 March 2027, in line with the current financial year. There may be an opportunity to extend the placement for a further 12 months, subject to continued funding and a successful initial placement.
The GP will be paid by GP-Connect at a competitive daily rate based on experience.

Location: Southend
Sessions: Up to 8 sessions per week
Daily rate: Dependent on experience
Payment options: Limited company, sole trader or PAYE.
Notice period: Four weeks
Start date: ASAP
Extension: Potential further 12-month placement
This opportunity would suit a GP looking for regular, consistent sessions within a PCN while retaining the flexibility of a four-week notice period.
You will work as part of the PCN’s wider multidisciplinary team, supporting local practices and their patients. Full details of the workload, appointment structure and working locations will be provided to suitable applicants.
