GP Required in Tonbridge – FlexGP 12-Month Opportunity
GP-Connect is looking for a GP to work with a practice in Tonbridge through our FlexGP model.
The successful applicant will join the practice for an initial 12-month period and will be paid by GP-Connect at a competitive daily rate based on experience.
The position provides the consistency of a long-term placement while maintaining some of the flexibility associated with locum work. During the initial 12 months, the GP will benefit from a shortened four-week notice period.

Location: Tonbridge
Contract: Initial 12-month period
Sessions available: Up to 6 sessions per week
Daily rate: Dependent on experience
Payment options: Limited company, sole trader or PAYE
Notice period: Four weeks
Start date: Flexible
At the end of the initial period, the GP will have the option to transition into a salaried position directly with the practice.
The salaried role is optional, and there is no obligation to accept it after the 12-month placement. However, because the practice is using the FlexGP model to fill a salaried vacancy, applicants must be open to considering a permanent position if the placement is successful for both parties.
