FlexGP Vacancy in Leeds – 12-Month GP Opportunity

GP-Connect is recruiting a GP for an exciting opportunity in Leeds through our FlexGP model.
FlexGP offers the stability of a long-term position combined with greater flexibility than a traditional salaried role. You will initially work with the practice for 12 months, during which time you will be engaged and paid by GP-Connect at a competitive daily rate.
At the end of the 12-month period, you will have the option to transition into a permanent salaried position directly with the practice. Although there is no obligation to accept a salaried role, applicants must be genuinely open to this possibility, as the practice is using the FlexGP model to recruit for a long-term salaried vacancy.

The role
You will become an established member of the practice team, providing high-quality general medical services and supporting its patients throughout the 12-month placement. Full details of the clinical sessions, workload and practice benefits will be discussed with suitable applicants.
About you
You will be a suitably qualified GP with:
Full GMC registration
Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
An interest in developing a longer-term relationship with the practice
Openness to considering a salaried role after the initial 12 months
This opportunity is ideal for a GP who wants greater continuity than short-term locum work but is not yet ready to commit immediately to a traditional salaried contract.
